7/7 & 32/8 & 520/7 Kerry Goodwin
LE100 LE100 LE50
Brown-velvet padded bulrushes quite literally dart out of this Kerry Goodwin design with a trio of dragonflies captured at different angles. Interestingly, the dragonfly can propel itself in six directions. The dragonfly’s emerald-green, elongated body contrasts with the cool mint-green water at the base of the vase and the moss-green lily pads. Microscopic flushes of burgundy and grey in the dragonfly’s wings interplay with the rich, vintage burgundies in the petals of tall, red-bearded irises to create a fusion of moving imagery and vibrant, unusual colour.
